Course Description

Environmental sociology examines the changing relationship between social systems and the environment, explores how environmental issues come to be defined as social problems, and provides tools to think about and analyze socio-environmental interactions.

  • Tuesday, 11:00 am – 12:15 pm (Recorded)
    • Mostly reading based, with recorded lecture.
  • Thursday, 11:00 am – 12:15 pm (Zoom Discussion)
    • Analysis and discussion of a movie, article or some relevant media.
